Our mini health kit includes 3 self-tests to detect some of the most common conditions and deficiencies:

Iron Deficiency Test
This test measures the level of ferritin, the body’s stored iron. A low ferritin level indicates iron deficiency, which over time may result in low hemoglobin levels, reduced oxygen absorption and decreased physical performance.

Thyroid Function Test
This test detects if your thyroid is underactive. Thyroid issues are relatively common and often referred to as “hidden public health diseases” because many people are unaware of them. Diagnosing thyroid disorders can be difficult based on symptoms alone, as they are often vague and general.

Vitamin D Test
This test detects low levels of vitamin D, a deficiency especially common in people living in northern Europe.
