ARE YOUR TESTS SHIPPED DISCREETLY? CAN ANYONE TELL THAT THE PACKAGE CONTAINS RAPID TESTS?
Yes, all our rapid tests are shipped 100% discreetly. The packaging has no logos or markings that reveal the contents – neither from us nor from any manufacturer. The sender shown on the package is:
Camerix AB, C/O Logistikcenter Simrishamn AB.
It is therefore not possible to tell that the package contains rapid tests.
Discretion is important to many of our customers, and we take great care to ensure that it is always maintained.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Delivery time is normally 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE TESTS?
Most of our tests have a shelf life of 1.5–2 years when stored between 2–30°C.

HOW IS THE PRODUCT SHIPPED?
The product is sent directly to your mailbox, a parcel locker, or your nearest service point in a plain white bubble envelope for protection. The packaging is discreet — no logos or sender information reveal the contents. You choose the delivery option at checkout.

HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT BEFORE TAKING THE TEST?
Most of our tests can be used immediately. For most STD tests, it is recommended to wait about one week after potential exposure.

ARE YOUR TESTS USED FOR DIAGNOSIS?
No. Our tests are not used for diagnosis but provide an indication. Only a doctor can make a diagnosis, typically after various tests and clinical examinations.
