Right of Withdrawal – Returns
If you regret your purchase and wish to return one or more items, you must send them back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. This is in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.
How to make a return:

Fill out the form carefully and state the reason for the return

Place the product and the form in a package

Send the package back to us (you are responsible for return shipping)
Note: If you don’t have access to a printer, you may write the same information by hand on a note and include it in the package.

How to find your order number:
You can find your order number in the confirmation email we sent you after placing your order.
Complaints
You may file a complaint if you can prove that the product was already damaged upon arrival, e.g., by taking a photo and sending it to us along with a description of the issue.
We are only responsible for original defects, meaning the defect existed at the time of delivery. If the product is faulty, we will send you a new one free of charge.
