Payment Terms
We work with online payment providers such as PayPal, allowing individuals and businesses to shop safely and easily. The amount is only debited once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Shipping Conditions
We usually ship orders on the same working day via DPD or Deutsche Post. Orders received before 14:00 are dispatched the same day. Our goal is to ensure that all customers receive their orders quickly and safely.
Delivery with DPD
With DPD, you can choose between the following delivery options:

Home delivery (delivery time 3–4 working days)

Pickup at a collection point (delivery time 3–4 working days)
Shipments sent via Deutsche Post are delivered to your home address and usually take 2–4 working days.
Delivery with UPS
With UPS express the delivery time is 1-2 working days. Your package will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. This is a premium express delivery by UPS.
We reserve the right to extend delivery times under certain conditions, such as supply shortages, seasonal fluctuations, unusually high order volumes, or other external factors beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
Are your tests shipped discreetly? Can anyone tell that the package contains rapid tests?
Yes, all our rapid tests are shipped 100% discreetly. The packaging has no logos or markings that reveal the contents – neither from us nor from any manufacturer.

It is therefore not possible to tell that the package contains rapid tests.
Discretion is important to many of our customers, and we take great care to ensure that it is always maintained.
Return Policy
Unused products may be returned within 14 days. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, return the products to the return address below. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent directly to the mailbox of the return address — not to a parcel locker or pickup point. Please mark the package with your order number (e.g., on the back of the package). Your order number is found in the confirmation email sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Complaints
You may file a complaint if the product was defective upon arrival. Please send a photo and description of the defect to us. We are only responsible for manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery. If the product is faulty, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If you have questions after receiving the product, contact us at order@medtest.shop. If the product does not function as intended, describe the issue in detail and include your order number. The right to make a complaint is valid for 3 years.

By ordering from us, you agree that we store and use your personal information to fulfill our contractual obligations and provide the best possible service. We use your information to deliver the products, contact you if needed, and send product or offer updates via email and SMS. You may contact us at any time to request access to or deletion of your personal data.
